Quotation
Based on the on-site inspection and consultation, we provide design planning and a comprehensive quotation, along with an explanation of the renovation application and construction process.
planning permission
After reviewing and agreeing to the renovation design and quotation, the renovation application will be submitted. At the same time, the application fee and renovation project deposit will be collected.
completion
After obtaining the renovation permit, a start date will be scheduled. During the construction period, progress will be monitored through periodic photos. The remaining balance will be paid upon completion.
